North to Honolua
While painting en plein air at the Kapalua Resort, North of Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii, fierce, February Trade Winds nearly blew my easel into the sand. To avert catastrophe, I had to hold the panel with one hand as I painted with the other. The early morning light shone across the Honolua coast and made the waves glow like turquoise jewels.
Comes in a substantial, carved, closed corner, gold plein air frame, selected by RLO.
