Painted en plein air at the Ramona Grasslands Reserve, in Ramona, California. This little cow pond reflected cold, early morning, Winter light. The occasional mud hen would land and swim about, foraging for minnows.
Comes framed in a substantial, dark wood, closed corner frame.
