Kapalua Cook Pines
I painted this en plein air at the Kapalua Resort, North of Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii. Intermittent rain showers and rainbows interrupted me as I stood at my easel near the entrance to the Ritz Carlton golf resort. The Island of Molokai can be seen across the Lahaina Roads channel in the distance.
