Ramona Oak, Original Plein air Painting
Original plein air painting by California Artist, Ronald Lee Oliver.
Painted en plein air at Ramona Grasslands Reserve in Ramona, CA, USA. This gnarled old oak is probably the largest specimen at the Ramona Grasslands. In the early morning when the rising sun frames it in backlight, there is a myriad of patterns in shadow and reflected light. (January 2015).
